  • Are my rates locked in?
    Yes. If we ever have a rate increase, your rates will be locked in for as long as you remain our client.
  • Who bills my customers?
    Simple - since they are your customers, you will bill them according to your pricing plans and billing options.
  • How much can I charge my clients?
    Whatever you want. Be sure to include one-time activation fees. Your cost is $25.00 per account activation.
  • Who is responsible for tech support?
    As the reseller, you are responsible for providing direct technical support services to your customers. They should not contact us for support. We will provide technical support directly to you (our customer).
  • How exactly do I buy reseller accounts?
    Good question. Essentially you are "leasing" space from us. This space includes an IP address and virtual directories to host web pages for your customers. Additionally, you get a certain amount of POP3 mail accounts. For example, if you have 5 customers, you would be billed $160.00 for the quarter ($13.33 x 5) for 3 months of hosting & e-mail services plus $125.00 for the one-time activation fees ($25.00 x 5). 
  • How will I be billed for services?
    We will invoice you for the web space (IP addresses) purchased in quarterly payment installments based on the number of accounts you have plus any applicable account activation fees. Whenever you increase your customer base, your new discount pricing for all accounts will automatically become effective at your quarterly renewal period.
  • What method of payment is required?
    Visa, Master Card, Discover, or Check.
  • Are there any other charges?
    Yes. There is a $25 bad debt fee if your check is returned. Accounts will be deactivated if over 90 days past due. There will be a $25 reactivation fee. You will be billed $50/hr. for technical support services if/when your clients call us instead of you. You are also responsible for any/all one-time account setup or activations fees.

Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions (policy)

  • Participation in CSEWeb.com's Referral Program is exclusively for current customers.  Participation is voluntary and you are not committed to anything whatsoever.
  • You understand that account credits and/or cash rewards are not retroactive and that you must take credit for the referral immediately.  If a new client doesn't mention your name or company within 72 hours after the account has been established - nobody will be entitled to a credit. We ask ALL new customers how they heard about us - so we know right away how they found us.
  • Credits or cash payments are only valid for hosting and development referrals and are payable to you as a one-time payout - no monthly residuals.
  • Participation in this program cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, special offer, or agreement of any kind.  Sorry, no exceptions.
  • There is no limit to the number of credits earned per month.
  • Account credits do not expire.
  • Account credits and/or one-time cash rewards will be applied to your account or a check will be sent to you after we receive confirmation of a signed contract and/or installation of services and/or receipt of first payment from your client. 
  • Account credits have no cash value and may only be used towards CSEWeb.com services.
  • Account credits are not transferable to any person or company. 
  • Account credits will be forfeited upon termination of your CSEWeb.com account.
  • CSEWeb.com reserves the right to modify or cancel the program for any reason without notice.  However, we will attempt to make a good faith effort to notify you of changes that severely affect your participation in the program.
